Language Services Coordinator

Working under the supervision of the Economic Empowerment Program Manager, the Language Services Coordinator is responsible for oversight and management of the Languages Services Program including in-house and external revenue generating services. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and oversight of translation services. There is the possibility for this program to expand incrementally to include interpretation services on a larger scale. This is a part time position with the possibility of expansion.

Refugee Services Program Manager

The Refugee Services Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of IICONN’s Refugee Resettlement Program. Primary responsibilities focus on staff management; strategic program management, including planning, coordination, and oversight of all services and activities within the refugee resettlement program; and logistical and information management. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring quality and timely services to clients and compliance with all programmatic and reporting requirements. This is a full-time position. The Program Manager directly supervises the Refugee Services Case Managers, Mentor Program Coordinator, Health and Wellness Coordinator and the Pre-Arrival Services Manager.

Mentor Program Coordinator

The Mentor Program Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day management of IICONN’s Mentor Program, including developing and managing relationships with and between mentors and clients, providing program oversight, and managing program reporting. This is a full-time position.

This position requires a self-directed, highly organized and detail-oriented person with experience working with immigrant populations. It is a full-time position.

The Stamford Staff Attorney & Site Supervisor leads the Stamford office, providing direct legal services, supervising staff, and overseeing day-to-day operations, all with the supervision and support of the Director & Managing Attorney. The Staff Attorney & Site Supervisor is a member of the IICONN Management Team and plays a key role in the monthly in-service immigration legal trainings.
